Danny Cheshire
Director
Having worked in the lettings business for over 7 years with other local agents dealing with all aspects of lettings and property management, plus has an industry recognised lettings qualification. Previous experience in repossession sales and as a mortgage adviser for a high street bank for 10 years. Danny deals with most of the day to day activities in lettings and property management.
Robert Parsons
Director
I use all my knowledge and over 16 years property experience to achieve the highest standard of work and I’m focused on property sales, investments and new business. I’m considered to be humorous, funny, direct, have an eye for detail and very focused on providing great customer service.
Danny Luo
Lettings & Sales Consultant
I have extensive lettings and sales experience, having worked in China in a highly pressurized working environment. I deal with all lettings enquiries and the letting of our properties, building a strong rapport with landlords and tenants alike.
I am a supportive, team player who enjoys assisting tenants in finding their new home and collaborating with landlords in their decision-making processes.

I have obtained the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management
offered by Propertymark. Before moving to UK, I have 17 years of working experience in leasing and property management, mainly working for the subsidiaries of major developers in Hong Kong. The main
achievement in my career is to lead my team of a shopping mall named “Citywalk” to win The
Grand Award of Excellence in Facility Management Awards by The Hong Kong Institute of
Facility Management in 2016. I also have Master of Arts in Housing Studies and BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering.
